Frequently Asked Questions
What is sound healing?
Sound healing is a gentle, non-invasive method that promotes relaxation and healing through various sound frequencies. The harmonious vibrations create a serene environment where the body can naturally restore itself, enhanced further by guided practices.
Who is a sound bath suitable for?
A public sound bath is suitable for most people. As a general rule, sound healing in a group setting is very safe, as instruments will not be played on the body. The one main exception is for people with sound-induced epilepsy and for people experiencing acute mental health conditions.
